G10 quality level

G10 transponder quality level down and some are up anybody elese notice this or is my dish mis aligned........

what kind of receiver and dish size?

my 30"/.3 has between 30-60 on the Pansat. 12114 (usually at 99) was at 65-70

Last night the main Tp was at 55-60, Tube TP was at 32 and 12114 was at 75 or so

I have extreamly low quality readings 12114 17% funny it's not breaking up
it's cloudy here in Montreal Canada I used to always get 90% on 12114 and 11800 .....

12114 17%
11800 30%
12104 9% Really strange ...

Maybe I should replace my lnb with the spare one ...

Have you tried the LNB on another sat before you switch them out?

Been raining hard here so all my signals are a little weaker.

I don;t have much other choices of sat's to try its a fixed dish to many obstructions .... have it installed on west side of house ......

I have noticed the quality level on some of the G10 transponders fluctuating lately.

Its all over the place for me, on certain transponders. Others, are always a strong signal.

I meant, have you pointed the dish to another sat and tried the LNB to see if the LNB is the problem?

If you are able to tune in on another sat, you may have an aiming problem.

Quality back up on 11800

Quality back up on 11800 90% today and it;s cloudy strange tube coming in without breakup 30% etc...

Yep I noticed that I have higher quality then some others

I used to get also 90% on 12114 thats why I find it strange that I can still have alock on 12114 with 24%

I have noticed a negative correlation on satellite signal on G10R in relation to solar flair… Maybe I am nuts, maybe not… Who knows, but when there is a lot of solar flair activity from the sun, my signal goes down. “Up with the flair, down with the signal.” I have also noticed that sometimes when one of those big poofy clouds go over there is some fluctuation with signal.

g10 tp levels

on my 30" dish with a .6KU lnbf and pansat 2500 I get 45% on 11720 V
and 60-74 % on 11799V

on my 7.5 foot mesh i get 72% quality on 11720V and 90% 11799V
