How do I make my HR20 recognize that I have moved to a different city?

I have tried to do a reset everything and then entered the new zip code, but the guide still shows the locals from my old one.

Does DirecTV know you have moved? Call DirecTV and make sure they have your new zip code in their database, then ask them to refresh the programming on your HR20...
