Fuel TV? Any Chance at all in 2007?

My godson is in Action sports. He is on Fuel tv all the time. Is there any chance Dish adds the channel this year. They have all sorts of junk channels added so why not something that kids and teens seem to like? Does Fox own the channel? I get Americas Everything and the ktchen sink right now. They add some crazy shopping channel every month with some other strange content...

Thats the highly subjective part of channel requests...to some, Fuel TV would classify as just another "junk channel"
