FTA with audio no video

HI,
I 'm from Guadeloupe West-indies, with an ASTON XENA1700 i have bought in France. I have IA5 signal at 52%, but, all fta channels give me audio only no video. An info message appears on TV set "channel scrambled". In the tables of the terminal no such information.
Do i have a compatibility problem ?

It's possible that the video could be scrambled, but not the audio. Give us a channel you are experiencing this on and someone could verify for you.
