Hi I am new to this can any one tell me witch is a good FTA. Receiver that will still work and what kind of antenna should I use.

Welcome to SatelliteGuys!

What do you mean by a receiver that still works?
Lots of stuff up there. Have you had anything in the past? If so what?
Antenna depends on what you have room for and what you are looking to receive.

Yea I had a Coolsat 7000 and a 5000 but they stop making the updates for them and I ended throwing them away and for an antena I had a Dish 500

Ok, let me go ahead and say that hacking of Dish Network is illegal as you know and we do not condone that here on this site.
If you are interested in TRUE FTA, we will be more than willing to help.
Hacking methods or Hack talk is not allowed on this site.

Oh
