But you do bring up an interesting point.
The only way to legally put the nail in the FTA coffin, is if you have a hacking problem to point to!
Watch out for Dish, et al, to go to congress some day, and say, "we need to outlaw these illegal boxes".
Think it couldn't happen in America?
You can NO LONGER buy scanners that cover the cell phone bands like you could 20 years ago.
(since most cellular went digital, it's now a moot point)
