Hi guyz,

Atlast after a week or so I have successfully got maximum (almost) signal for INtelSat805 for all the channles i was looking! Now its time to wire ! I have Dish Network 311 receiver. Is there a way I don't have to connect fta receiver separately to TV (I do have separate Cox cable for FTA coming in my house ) Like connecting fta receiver with 311 loop out or some how coz My TV is already full with all the inputs and I dont wanna use those input selector switches.
BTW My FTA receiver is Foretec Classic.

Thanks!

Zeus

P.S. Some photos of my simple dish!

nope. Won't work

you need a cable from the FTA dish to the FTA receiver and a different cable from the Dish Notwork dish to the Dish receiver

Thanks for quick Reply Iceberg .. i think i couldn;t make my question clear .. i know I need separate cables from respective dish to receiver ... what am asking is .. can I somehow connect both receiver with single Video oput to my tv?

hopefully its more clear now!

If you are going to use the coax ports to the TV the easiest way to do it is to put the RF out from one box into the "antenna in" on the other.

output from Dish box (RF Out/TV out)-----antenna in on FTA receiver
TV out on FTA box to TV

If you want to use the A/V inputs on the TV, then that won't work
