fsnwi HD what orbital location?

I am thinking about getting directv for FSN WI HD do you know what orbital location it is located at HD and SD channels? Do they still turn on the HD channel for games only... if so it is always turned on at the same satellite? Are Any RSNs spotbeamed?

HD is on either 99 or 103, SD 101 - none of the RSN's (either SD or HD) are spotbeamed...

According to the Directv Guide it appears it will only come on when there is a Game. I don't even see anything for Saturdays Big 12 game of the week. I know that most of the Brewers game were not in HD when I saw.
