They will give me the used price amount, where they are going to sell it at full price in retail since its sealed.
They only give you 1/3 of the game what it really is worth. I hate to sell it to them, they are a rip off when it comes to sell them games.
So my next option is ebay if it doesn't sell by today here.
They are running around the 25-30 range, I can go for lower, keep in mind this copy is brand new and sealed.

Is it a sealed retail version? could you take it to a retailer and get a store credit?

I doubt that with no receipt, like I said it came with my 360 elite that I got as a replacement from Costco.
I don't think anyone in my area is willing to give me a store credit with no receipt.

Does it have the regular retail case, sealed, and have a upc on it? If so, and the UPC has not been messed with, you can usually return it to Walmart or something.

I just brought a black elite xbox 360 and a second ps3 for my new sony xbr4 in my bedroom, so I don't have move the living room xbox360 and ps3 back and forth. My elite didn't come with a halo 3.

I got it as a bundle pack from Costco.com.
It even came with an extra controller.
