The battery works, I've just never tested it as for how long because it just was used at a desk, and always stayed plugged in. It is the original battery though, so I'd say it probably isn't that great.
Only reason I know it works some is because Ive unplugged it and moved it around while on a few times, but that is the extent of my battery usage.
BTW this is packaged up and ready to go.
