Frustrated with Dish Bill

Last month I asked for the Multi Sports pack and BlockBuster at home to be removed so that this month I wouldn't receive them. The rep I spoke with Told me they removed both. Now this month I was charged 11.00 a month for the Multi Sports Pack and 7.00 For the Blockbuster at home. The rep I am speaking to at the moment is saying that I'll receive a credit for next month. Well what I want to know is why can't they credit me for this current bill due next month? My Bill with Dish used to be spot on but for the past 3 months I've been having nothing but problems with the bill.

FYI, you can bypass the CSRs and go to mydish.com and remove them yourselves, if you want to be SURE they're removed. No reason to call in to add or subtract programming, you can do that right on the website.

same weirdness here. got the 50% MSP promo, and they would not let you remove it until the end of January on the mydish page. You could not even set the "do not continue" option.

contacted DIRT, and Matt was able to adjust our sub accordingly. The total on the mydish page, OTOH, still shows the total including the upgraded package and MSP. We shall see. This is usually screwy since it is pay-in-advance.
