Frontier DSL and voip

I have frontier DSL, I was wondering if they offer dsl without landline service. I know commercial services offer data only or dry pair dsl. I have not asked them yet?

I know verizon does offer dsl without lanline service and some others do as well.

Yes, Frontier offers naked DSL. Was told by a Frontier Rep that it is cheaper to get an $8 dialtone only service where you get charged for every outgoing call because then you would still get the DSL for the regular prices whereas the naked DSL would cost more without any phone service at all.

Frontier does indeed charge for not having a phone line. I'll have to look at my next bill to see the exact cost, but I recall there's also an unlisted number fee & a couple others.
