Frequency listings for 118.7

I was wondering where is the best web site to find listings of the services available from 118.7 where I could find out Frequency, Symbol rate, FEC etc. etc.

I am not looking to hack any media content, I am just looking to verify that I am on the right Bird. So if anyone does have link to where I could find a list of active frequencies on this satellite I would be most grateful. Incedentally I am using a dish500+ assembly that has a LNB local oscillator of 10.75GHz Circular polarised.
