Bloomberg had an article about the guy running Altice. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...rench-billionaire-who-wants-to-rule-u-s-cable

He basically wants to rule U.S. cable. He actually said that every company that's smaller than Comcast is in consolidation mode.
