Just got a message in my mailbox saying Choice Extra Free Trial from 8/30 to 9/5/

Only got Choice, looking forward to it. May want to upgrade to Choice Extra this winter, need to see how it is first. Nice that Direct still offers Free previews, kinda remember them on C band many years ago,

Back in the heydays of C band HBO & Max had free previews. I think now they are to elite to offer anything even on DBS.

HBO / Cinemax WON'T do a Free Preview on D* due to contract disagreements, from what I've read.

But the Movie channels listed in the promo are NOT part of the package.

Wait a minute, I thought this was a Choice Extra promo, but the link you posted says Total Choice Premier, I was unaware of a TC Premier package.
Is this a NEW package or did they put the wrong name to the promo ?

That page is very old, from at least a couple years ago. The movies are old, the sports pack describes Fox Sports World (Now Fox Soccer Channel).

The webpage design is totally different too, The copyright dates at the bottom area all 2003 / 2004.

DirecTV is not having a Premier free preview anytime soon that we know of.
