Five free previews are coming up this month:

OWN channel (1/4-2/1)
Investigation Discovery (1/4-2/1)
HBO and Cinemax (1/28-1/30)
Veria (1/4-2/1)
IFC (1/4-2/1)
Ironically, I found the list on a webpage about a programming dispute. Fair Satellite
Also, what's weird is that they list that IFC is available in HD even though it's not so most likely that's an error on their part (Unless it's a hint that we'll be getting IFC HD soon.;))

Alright! Investigation Discovery and IFC (though I still wish it were commercial free).

We have IFC with Dos, and I also agree that I liked it more when it was commercial-free. I suppose it would still be okay to have in HD, though. LOL However, it is not a must have anymore to me for HD. ID has some pretty good stuff from time to time. OWN has been popping up a lot in free preview mode; I think that is is struggling, too. About the only thing that I think plays good on there is Mystery Diagnosis (if it even plays on there anymore). I still do not get the whole get rid of Discover Health for OWN and then later to have Discovery Fit & Health. I guess that is for another thread, though..........:)

Repeat after me."All Channels need to be tranmitted in High Definition on Dish Network"!.;):D

I think Oprah's new show starts tonight on OWN if anyone is interested.;)

that channel hasnt folded yet? Wasnt last year all the Oprah kool aid drinkers were up in arms because she was on cable and they couldnt get the channel
What Oprah sends them money each month to pay their cable/satellite bill so they can keep the channel going?

The only thing that is keeping the OWC channel going is the Rosie O'Donnell Show. They run it live every night at 18.00 central time and intersperse reruns of the show for almost every other show for the next 24 hours.

I never thought that Kool Aid could go bad that quickly because sugar is a natural preservative and all of Oprah's crap was loaded with saccharin and Bullsh!t. My sister got so caught up in quoting Oprah so much that her husband actually told her to knock off referencing Oprah in everything they did, including sex, and finally divorced her.

When he told the Court that she brought Oprah into everything, including the bedroom, I could see the Judge trying to suppress his laugh but a bit of a smirk came through anyway.

I am GLAD SHE IS GONE
