Free Premium for new customers also?

Just curious, do you have to be an active sub on 2/1/11 to get the 1 yr free premium, or do all new customers get it?

For example, if someone subs in April 2011, will they also get the free 1 yr premium?​

Hi panache70, this promotion for our 30th Anniversary Free Gift, was given to customers who had qualifying programming on their account as of 2-1-11. We have other promotions for new customers but it will not include the one year free premium.
