I don't know, I'm getting two per month, but only used a single one so far. Maybe it depends on just how much you actually used the dvd by mail system. I did use it fairly heavy at first, and then tapering down towards the end (meaning I kept the dvd longer before sending it back).

Yup, 2 each month for 6 total. Log into your Dish account, and check on your page to see if any are there. Maybe you just didn't get the emails.
