It will be Feb and you will have to contact them. They won't just give it to everyone w/o asking I tend to believe.

Yep I'm never optimistic about it happening correctly.

While I'll gladly accept STARZ for free, I already get STARZ content from Netflix so not sure what the value is since I wouldn't pay DISH for it any way.

What happens if you already have Starz? Do you get a credit on your bill?

No No credits
If on Feb 1st you are paying for the Starz package, you will get the Encore package, if you are paying for both (if you have HD) you will HD platium, if you are paying for all 3, you wil get 6 free PPVs.
