If you were previously paying 10 and 10, you will still be paying 10 and 10.
If you do the HD Free For Life 99$ = you pay 10$ total instead of 99$.
Here's why, you signed up originally for this thus it's what you get. Those customers who originally signed up HD & Platinum for free (during a certain period of time) were bundled together as HD & Platinum for 10$. This was not a part of your TOS, it was a part of theirs.
