Called a CSR yesterday from work. It was on when I got home. The CSR didn't even try to sell me anything else. He was just plain polite. Probably the easiest call I ever made to Dish.

The Cinemax free for 30 days if added correctly will auto remove at the end of the 30 day period. You will not need to call into remove it. An e-mail to this effect should be sent to all participants. Enjoy your Cinemax!!
