No, it appears to be applicable to FOX programming online. Although it only provides another example of the mentality that the shows are only there to serve that the viewer watches the commercials.

I get that. But, the philosophy should be that the ads are there to support to cost of running the network, not the program is there to get us to watch the commercial.

It's like those stupid parties that my wife and her friends throw to get people to buy makeup, purses, etc.
