oh boy... has anyone tried to sign up to FS+ after the rename from Setanta? We've tried using the interactive option\menus on the receiver, no dice. We logged in to our account and went to change programming on the dish site and can't find FS+\Setanta as an option anywhere. We tried using the online chat option and after waiting over 5 mins the rep insisted on still calling it Setanta but told me that it's not available. /facepalm\ I tried a second agent and the chat log is below:

*EDIT* - After trying 2 different rep's via phone, I got similar responses. Hopefully this gets sorted soon and\or email to ceo works.
