Does anyone know why HD channel 390 (FSC) is blacked out for the May 5, Sunday morning live games Liverpool-Everton and Chelsea-MU? After watching this channel closely (and recording almost every HD game for the past year) these are the first games I have noticed that were blacked-out on this channel. They appear to be showing in SD on CH390 and the late night re-broadcast in HD appears to be available. Is this a DISH only thing?

I am trying to set my hopper to record the Manchester United vs Chelsea match on Fox Soccer this Sunday morning and it says that is is blacked out in my area. It is played in England and not in the USA.
Please can you look into it, I never miss a United game.

Similar happened about a month ago, in the end the game was not blacked out.
