Fox News app signed in thru Dish on Roku doesn't work even though it works on other devices...

Okay, so access to the "Watch Live" content (which includes live TV and some on-demand TV) on the Fox News and Fox Business apps on my Roku doesn't work, but the rest of the on-demand content works. (Live content and all on-demand content worked fine on my Roku just last week.) EVERYTHING works fine on my Mac and my iPhone. I called a couple times with HORRIBLE customer service from a couple Dish who I repeatedly had to say that Dish has Fox News Go access and had to explain I can sign in and everything and I FINALLY got someone who knew what I was talking about and listened to me and submitted a report for me. Dish has had Fox News Go access since last month! I don't know why it's not working on my Roku now even though it worked before (plus some of it still works), so weird and so EXASPERATING!!!

Sounds to me that it's Roku's fault.

Have you done the tried and true restart of the Roku? Or delete the Fox app. Then restart Roku, then add the Fox app back....

It's a Fox issue. They changed something on their end when it comes to the authentication process, and they are working on it and should be fixed soon.

Any idea when it should get fixed? The day after I posted this thread, Fox News Go stopped working on my iPhone as well. It still works on my Mac, though.

No idea, it's on Fox but hopefully it'll be a quick fix.

Shut down your computer, then turn it back on. Should work then.
