Has anyone else been having trouble with FOX 6 HD out of Birmingham AL pixeling? All other local HD channels seem to be fine.

I am completely put out by the performance of HD locals from Dish. I am in the Birmingham market and the HD locals have had one problem or another for months now. I don't know if it is just me or what but the customer reps always walk me through the same dog and pony show and it never sticks. I try to explain it is intermittent and not always the same channel (although CBS seems particulary bad) but since I can't make the problem persistent they can't do anything.
yeah dish network keeps creating trouble calls and i get paid to go out and tell the customer that is happening everywhere......i have had three service calls because of the local channels
I noticed a lot of problems during the race today, but it seemed to get better toward the end of the race.
Yes, I have been having problems with my Fox HD affiliate here in Fresno,CA. I have called numerous times but no one seems to know what is going on or why it happens!
