Fortech Lifetime Ultra Channel List Download

I just cant find a good channel list to download into my reciever that has the proper names of video and audio (Radio) stations for 110 and 119. Can someone provide me with a link and file name? Also a South Florida channel list would be great. There are plenty of channel lists for Pansats but I can't find a good complete one for my Lifetime Ultra. I don't think they are interchangable. I would think a seperate web page could be devoted exclusively to channel lists from all over and seperated by reciever type. Whats your take on that?
