Fortec Ultra From Saint Paul, mn

Hi guys I am pretty new to this, I have tried looking through posts but seen nothing on my topic, I live in saint paul mn, I have a dish network setup dual lnb pointed at 110 and 119 and a fortec ultra reciever. My questions is what other sats can I get with this setup, this is on a high roof so I most likely wont be climbing and messing with the elevation ect, so pointed right where I am is there any others I can pick up?
