Fortec Star FS5900 receiver

I'm using a Fortec Star FS 5900 receiver for FTA channels on Telsat 5, but I'm not seeing VTV4 after running scan for all channels. I know this channel is on Telsat 5 because I can see it on a Pansat 2500A receiver that a friend of mine has. Please help if you can. Thanks.

I just want to add that my signal level is around 75% and quality is also around 75% and I got a handful of FTA channels but VTV4 is not one of them.
