What does it say at the link for you? When I go to that link it says:That link doesn’t take you to any information about fmc.
Comcast has been doing it with their Roku app for years...I don't know how they are doing it...its all cloud based..not on a hard driveI think they are working on streaming channel recording. Maybe it will even let you skip forward and backward as well…

The channel is not lost, simply moving to a streaming channel and making it HD at the same time. Of course if you don't have an internet compatible receiver, yes, you lose the channel. It's time to upgrade that receiver.another channel lost, yet continuing price increases

Is that on all Hoppers? We have the Hopper Duo. I tried to record various shows on several of our free streaming channels and each time got a message that "the requested recording is not available for this event."You can record the streaming channels now.
