Florida Panthers Not on Dish

Does anybody know why some Florida Panthers games (like tonight vs. NJ) are not on FSN Florida on Dish. Games are on DirectTV and cable. FSN Florida website says Dish wont make a channel available. FSN Florida channel 423 for time of tonight's game shows an Orlando Magic game which is not available for viewing in my area (South Florida). Dish wont say anything except that Panthers game is unavailable. What gives?
