Flickers and flashes

I have an h10-250 and sometimes get flickers and flashes on my screen. I have a Hatachi 58 inch projection and am using 720p as my choice. Anyone have any insight to whats up? Also, anyone have any issues with the audio that is broadcast on ABC.

Just to clarify when you say ABC are you refering to:

East or West national ABC? If it is one of these I haven't noticed anything.
