According to the printable channel lineup card https://www.mydish.com/filestream.ashx?ID=14167&inline=true I should have ION National feed as part of my Flex locals. I don't.
???????? In your own link It specifically shows it is not included....According to the printable channel lineup card https://www.mydish.com/filestream.ashx?ID=14167&inline=true I should have ION National feed as part of my Flex locals. I don't.
I should have said national feed. Not international.Nothing about international ion. What I see, it says that it is based on availability. Same with regular locals. If there is an ion in your area, and Dish carries it, you get it. Otherwise not.

That's the bundle packs. It's not locals though. It's only in your local channels if Dish has ION locally in each DMA. I know we have one, but some DMAs don't. Nothing on that card said the national one would be substituted for the locals pack. That isn't how the National ION works as at least as it has been. If it is in your package you get it, channel 250. You are correct as far as the locals pack goes.
What's this then?[GALLERY=media, 512]Screenshot (15) by Pepper posted Oct 1, 2016 at 10:09 PM[/GALLERY]???????? In your own link It specifically shows it is not included....

I have a local ION, but it's on a subchannel not carried by Dish. However, it looks to me like it's included. I understand that I won't get any "Estella Affiliates" because there are none in my market. But ION National is in no market, it's a national feed. If a market has an ION affiliate I would not expect them to also get a national feed. So why is it listed there?
If you go to the main Dish page and look at the Flex Pack details you can see the channel lineup http://www.dish.com/packages/ From there you can add programming packs and the channels that are included will be filled in.According to the printable channel lineup card https://www.mydish.com/filestream.ashx?ID=14167&inline=true I should have ION National feed as part of my Flex locals. ION is not on any local OTA braodcast channel lineup. I have 120+ and I get ION National but if I go through and add it to Flex for my area ION is not included. My guess is that if ION is not broadcast OTA locally you will not get it in the Flex Local Pack.
With just that small part of the screenshot, we do not see the disclosures for it. Those are important, as in the first link it specifically stated that it was based on availability. I can't go off that screen shot solely as the OP also posted the contridicition when the disclosures are read. What's this then?[GALLERY=media, 512]Screenshot (15) by Pepper posted Oct 1, 2016 at 10:09 PM[/GALLERY]

It's also shown separately from "ION Affiliates." If a market has a Dish-carried ION affiliate I would not expect them to also get a national feed. If markets without one don't get it either, then why is it listed there?
It doesn't matter what the disclosure said. One of the screenshots clearly says "ION National." National feeds are available nationally so "based on availability" wouldn't matter. There is clearly a mistake somewhere. With just that small part of the screenshot, we do not see the disclosures for it.
