Fitness/exercise channels?

Does dish have a fitness or exercise channel(s)?

I've looked over my flex package; and did a program search but didn't find anything.

Wish they'd bring back those early morning workout shows like they had in the 80's.

I kinda remeber shows like Body by Jake.
So guess it's off to youtube to find what I want?

This is what I was referring to, it was on network tv early in the morning. Used to get up early just to tune in.

God, I remember this type of "exercise" videos playing on HBO back the year I graduated High School in 1980. My Mom and Dad had finally got cable for the first time and we had HBO and it was only ONE channel and they used to play this video as filler in between Movies.
