First PTAT problem

Went to watch X Factor this morning and the recording gets stuck at just 4 min in around the 57th minute...not sure what happened it starts as it recorded the whole thing...

everything else was fine but some of my shows did not get auto hop as well...i just found it odd that this happened and was my first bad experience...anyone else experience this???

No it does not resume or play...it just stays frozen until i hit live tv...anyone else have this problem last night

I haven't had this specific problem but a few times now my ptat has failed at random intervals. It records a certain percentage and then just goes to the ending message (asking to go to dvr, live tv, delete). It seems in general ptat doesn't handle loss of signal very well which is what I am guessing is happening to me. I noticed when watching my locals live sometimes they have an extended breakup (about 5 seconds).... guessing if one of these events happen during ptat is causes the whole night past that point to fail. Read other reports that bad weather can really mess up ptat as well so I am assuming a few software versions will alleviate this issue.

I was looking to switch to Dish one USB Over the Air Tuner is out so I can watch METV and PBS in HD.

Question: we get a lot of storms. Is it true that during rain fade your Prime Time Any Time recording ALL stops and only picks back up with only the ABC local causing non of the other shows to record for the 4 hour block?
Is there a bug fix due out soon? I watch tons of Prime time.

just checked last thursday cbs shows just to see if they recorded...they did but...2 and a half men stops halfway and does not resume and person of interest hours straight to the end...not even 1 second recorded...i wonder what its going on...i have not had the satellite go out so I have no clue...this is my first problem w the hopper

No...non ptat shows work just fine
