So I am trying to send in my rebate from Dish Store and it needs a copy of my first bill. Fine. However when you login to online billing, you don't have the first bill available, it starts with my second statement. Will the 'My Dish Rebates' company accept a copy of the second bill? I don't know if I got a paper copy of the first bill in the mail, but if I did, I can't find it. And finally, for the Dish Internet Response guys, is there any way you could figure out why my first statement isn't showing up online and possibly get it fixed or get me a copy by email or fax?
