fine tune galaxy 1 satellite

Hi, I'm Ruby and an having a terrible time fine tuning c-band galaxy 1 satellite so I can receive guide information. I have moved the satellite position, skew and fine tuning but only get a fuzzy picture and cannot receive the guide from NPS, any ideas. Thanks

When you pick up or push down (gently) on the dish, does that help?

Do you have a clear line-of-sight?
