finding correct skew and elev

I am taking my 211k to AZ in Jan. I am taking a 1000.2 dish along. The on screen menu doesn't show a 1000.2. Do you use the same settings as a 500? If not how do you find the correct skew and elev for the 1000.2 for my zip?

ah, my area of expertise (my state). Elevation is going to be 51, skew is 103, azimuth ~188. I'm sure somebody will try to correct me because I don't know the exact azimuth since you can just turn the dish and find it. That will work for the Phoenix metro and surrounding areas, if your are far north or south elevation may change slightly

I hate to seem like a dumb a$$, but where do you get that info? My zip is 85208.

dishpointer has the info....I put in your zip selected multidish and said D1000.2

got the following info

elevation 50.4
azimuth 182
skew 101

so the numbers are very close to what vash posted

ok. I found the instruction sheet on line. It says 181 49 101 for 852XX. I know from experience with the 500, that you have to tweak those numbers a little. You will probably be hearing from me again. Thanks vash1090 and iceberg for your help.
