1) Satellite dish appears in second picture that was not in first
2) Small dish on top of stone, moves to the right slightly
3) Extra power outlet (with cable plugged into it) appears on right hand stone
4) The Fortec Star name and logo appears on the right hand stone
5) The middle initial on the the name ROBERT J. JONES changes to B on the second picture
6) The year 2008 on the front stone changes to 2009 on the secong picture
7) Tool box appears on stone in right picture
8) Power drill appears on ground in front of stone in right picture
9) Open end wrench appears on ground in front of stone in right picture
10) Head appears in bottom right hand corner in right picture
11) Person pointing to cross on SARAH LEE sstone in right picture
12) Cross appears on SARA LEE stone in right picture
13) Fence grows an extra point just right of the wire in right picture
14) Pole missing shadow on street in right picture

Is the power cord plugged into the extra out a separate item?
Is the bird sitting on the LNB of the dish a sparate item? (or is this just the lnb itself)
I'm stumped by what you mean by "right here in this post in the wording of a sentence" as to a clue.
Well I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
