I had my 811/311/311 installed today and all I can say is.... its about time! I had to have my neighbor (bless his heart) come cut down two 40 ft trees in order to get good LOS.
Here are my initial thoughts.
1. Digital TV sources look great, although after watching HD in my home for the first time, Digital TV will forever be spoiled.
2. My Silver Sensor antenna works AWESOME! I can pickup about 11-15 digital channels, and a lot of those broadcast in HD. HD with the Silver Sensor is great.
3. I didn't get a DVI cable with my 811, which sucks.
Overall I am pleased with the install and pleased with the end result. Discovery HD is way cool as are my locals OTA in HD.
