Finally Good CS from Dish!!

I recently had a Dish 1000+ installed at my home and recieved a Vip 622. After a month of troubles with the install, I finally get it installed, THEN i look around on the internet and find you guys hear about the 722. Aggravated that I was not offered a 722 for $20 more when I initially signed up, I emailed the company through the ceo address and advised them I was not to happy that I was not offered the 722 and that my 622 box was already obsolute as far as DishOnline is concerned. I figured they blew me off since I had not recieved an email back from them in about a week.

Today I recieved a call from Dish. They will be out here Friday with my new 722 box. Finally, a simple solution from Dish for a simple problem!!!

Don't worry, they will find plenty of ways to screw it up when you get the bill for it.

Ha, you are probably right, but everything as of right now, is paid up, so if its anymore than a 20 dollar increase, We will have to go rounds again!
