tonight the game is suppose to be on the FSSN but since its a road game we can't be too sure ;)

6:00 start

football?

edit, I see the
schedule now, so it is football.
think I'll stick with the longhorns on the same bird, its a clean SD feed but I may have to listen to ol brent
butt-burger doing the play-by........

Will the games still be on 91w? Just got an e-mail saying they aren't going to publicly announce the coordinates since they made the agreement with Fox College Sorts. They are telling certain Alumni and "Events" which tells me it's still on something.

yes they will still be on 91W...same spot as before (posted in post 1)

yesterday's game was at those spots. There are a few cable companies that dont have FCS and still get it via the FSSN ;)

I'm ready and aimed! (Well enough, I hope)

30 was the highest quality I could get on 12051 V 13354, the "strong transponder" in thelist. 50 on the data transponder at 11740 V 30000 that Iceberg posted earlier in this thread.

Have the transponder setup screen on the FSSN transponder waiting for the red dots to appear :)

With the weather and my missing parts scare, hadn't gotten a chance to plant a pole yet so have a nice kludgy system going on. I have a disc golf basket that disassembles. Nice round base with the first section of pole. Bricks hopefuly holding down the base. That pole is too narrow for the dish mount, so I found a piece of pipe that has the right outside diameter. Bolt through a hole in the small pipe for the large one to rest on, and enough layers of masking tape between the two so they fit snugly. This contraption is sitting out in my front yard pointed at the southern sky :)

Complete pain to aim... azmuith elevation and tilt of the pole are not independant variables with this setup, but it seems to work for now! Still going to have to find someplace permanent where she who must be obeyed will tolerate a pole for hockey in the winter, birdfeeder in the summer.
