Fees waived with Platinum Pack?

Are any fees waived with Platinum HD pack (like DVR fee in AEP, for example)?

Will there be lease fee for the 622 ? Will there be an extra HD programing fee it I keep my 942 and lease a 622 ?

The Platinum pack is the same thing as AEP + HD, so the DVR fee will be waived.

If you lease the 622 you will have a lease fee. If you keep the 942 you will have a 2nd receiver fee.

But if I only had the 942, there'd be no second receiver fee. But with the 622, there is a lease fee no matter what?

I suppose leasing it for $299 is cheaper than buying it for $699 and not paying the lease fee. At least for 6.6 years it is...

What if I lease a 622 for $299.00 but keep my purchased 522 active on my account and subscribe to the HD platinum?

Will it just be a $5 lease fee for the 622
