On this dish the feedboom arm has a small hole that lines up with the dish mount and you install a self tapping screw there to align the feedarm correctly and this is how it ends up after putting in the screw.

Does this look right to any of you? I just never seen a dish with the arm looking anything close to this. The holes are lines up right with the screw in them.

Only way to be certain, is to measure from the scalar lip to the dish edge at 3 points (2, 4, and 10 o'clock positions as an example) Then ensure the feed throat is aimed at the exact center of the dish. "Square" with the dish and not tilted towards one side or the other.
BTW; don't know of which screw(s) your referencing, there's a bunch in the pics. images can be opened in 'PAINT'(M$) or other image editor, and you can draw lines, circles, and add text right on 'em.
As for the focal length - may have to be adjusted to get max performance -http://www.geo-orbit.org/sizepgs/tuningp4.html#anchor799066
