Feb promos for SD also?

I saw the postings for new promos for new subscribers who want HD. How about if I have SD- should I still wait for Feb? We can't afford to upgrade to HD equipment right now- won't be for awhile. Looking at the 100 channels, 2 TVs (Neither is HD), and a DVR. Right now, they're quoting me $39.99/mo is the best price.

What do you think? Will the pricing get better next month?
