Another post here reminded me of the Red Skelton show...

What a terrific person he was. He used to come in all the time to the restaurant I worked at and talked all the time. He gave me one of his paintings for Christmas in 1983. I still have it hanging in my home, along with an original Sinatra, and a signed original Tinkerbell Production cell from Walt Disney given to my mom/me when I was born. Actually the girls snagged that one. It's in my youngest's room.

Seeing Sherry Springfield, on CSI reminded my of how I loved ER in it's prime .... (I had her mixed up with Roz from Frasier, another of my fav's)
