Why would Scripps stations lose the Katz diginets?

The Katz diginets are moving to the OTA TV stations that Scripps acquired from Ion Television that they are keeping, as well as those that they had to sell off to INYO Broadcast Holdings.

As I keep saying, I'll believe it when I see it. Scripps literally added Katz networks to its own signals this month in markets with ION stations. (See WXMI as an example.)
