Fathest North USA Earth Station

Two companies have C band Earth Stations in Barrow, Alaska (Utquigvik). 11 meter in foreground. There is almost surely a farther North site in Canada, somewhere. Nothing has changed since this 2007 photo.

As long they, stay south of Artic circle to get the equator birds.

Not sure I follow you, this site is way north of the Arctic Circle, but the angle is low for sure. Also nearby is one of the Alaska Radar System sites.

It is a former Dew Line site, 15 still exist all are manned by 1 to 4 civilians. The 30 foot tropo antennas were shut down long ago.
