Why do dumbasses sign up for residential services when they are running a business from home? I had a QC this weekend where somebody paid the cash to have the service (residential), hit the FAP within the first week, got pissed and disconnected. I didn't get to do the QC because they had already returned the transmitter.
I mean, Jeez! Get the bigger dish, better xmitter, on a good business plan and rock on already.
I had another customer, had the same dish (the small raven), and was running a network amongst 5 trailers, and he was raving about it! Loved it, they said.
About 10% of the customers I am interviewing complain of speeds "slower than dial up". What's up with that?
