customer problems with fap

I had a customer call me that says they have starband and they are sick of their download speeds slowing down to dial up speed after they reach their threshold.
They are very intersted in getting Hughesnet hoping that they can subscribe to a better package with a higher threshold. Even though they would be a residential customer, can they subscribe to a business package to allow for more download time?

Yes.

Yes, they can get a business pacakage from HNS. However if they can limit some of their downloading to 12am-6am EST there is no FAP for that time frame. If they are on the West Coast then that would make it 9pm to 3am which is a sweet deal. Depending on what they have from SB right now they may want to look at what is coming out in November.

Yep starting Nov 15th starbands network will be wide open and fap free from 12PM ( midnight ) to 6AM EST.

Also they are doubling the fap thresholds on their new packages.
